Automated Market Maker (AMM)

Oxilo incorporates an AMM that allows users to trade assets seamlessly. Users provide liquidity by staking their assets into liquidity pools, earning a portion of the transaction fees.

Pricing Algorithm: The AMM uses a constant product formula (x * y = k), ensuring that trades are executed efficiently without requiring a traditional order book.

Yield Farming: Liquidity providers are incentivized to lock their assets in the protocol to earn rewards through yield farming, thus increasing overall liquidity.
